Thank you for choosing Remusic. To ensure you fully understand our subscription policies, please carefully read the following terms.
1. Declaration
Before subscribing, please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed our product features and subscription policies. By subscribing to our product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms of this policy prior to your purchase. 2. Subscription Policies
Plans and Pricing: For details about our subscription plans and pricing, please visit our pricing plan page. Choose the plan that best fits your needs for an optimal experience.
Annual Subscription (Recommended): Users who choose the annual subscription make a one-time payment and enjoy a 30% discount on the monthly rate compared to the monthly subscription. This option not only helps you save costs but also ensures uninterrupted access to all features for a full year. Please note that annual subscriptions do not automatically renew for the following year.
Monthly Subscription: After the first month' s payment, the subscription will automatically renew the following month. If you cancel your subscription, the benefits will continue to be in effect for the current month, but will not be automatically renewed for the next month. We'll remind you of the number of days you have left on your account when it's about to expire, and it's up to you to choose whether or not you want to continue your subscription.
3. Plan Upgrade Policies
If you need to upgrade to Pro, you can purchase it directly and your Pro entitlements will take effect immediately. The cost of the Basic package will be refunded within 15 days on a pro-rata basis based on the remaining points in your package.
If you wish to downgrade to a Basic user, after your payment is successfully made, we will convert the remaining credits in your account under the Pro status into fees and refund them to you. The refund will be returned to your account within 15 working days.
Monthly payment is upgraded to annual payment, When you successfully pay annually, you will be refunded the full amount of the monthly fee.
Annual payment users cannot change to monthly payment. In order to ensure the quality of service and the sustainable development of products, if you need to cancel the subscription, please apply within 1 month after payment, otherwise you will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policies
If you are a monthly subscription user and no credits have been used or consumed, you can contact us to apply for a refund within 12 hours of your first payment. If credits have started to be used, or if you submit a refund request after 12 hours of subscription, the refund request will not be accepted. However, you can cancel your subscription to stop renewal for the next month.
If you are an annual subscription user and credits have been consumed, a refund request will result in the cancellation of the 30% discount. After deducting the average monthly fee for the current month, the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Regardless of whether you are a monthly or annual subscription user, as long as the refund conditions are met and the refund request is successfully initiated, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 to 15 days, depending on your bank's processing time.This policy is designed to protect our users while ensuring the sustainability of our services.
